Summary:
The HR Manager will serve as the primary business partner for the site leadership team and work with internal client groups to develop overall HR plant strategies.
Responsibilities:oLead HR initiatives including employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, talent development, performance management, compensation, policy compliance, and employee relations / communications
oIdentify and grow diverse leadership talent and technical capability at the site; lead career development, performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition efforts
oProvide direction to ensure effectiveness and legal compliance of HR processes within the site; provide guidance on best practices, processes, tools and resources
oLead recruitment efforts with a focus on diverse talent and building a talent pipeline
oManage key HR processes, including annual salary planning, compensation, bi-annual performance feedback cycle, leadership development review, employee training and development, and employee relations
oLead the site HR team to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement
oConduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make appropriate recommendations
Qualifications:oBachelor's degree in human resource management, business, or a related field from an accredited university required; graduate degree and PHR certification highly preferred
oMinimum of 5 years of HR generalist and management experience supporting professional and hourly employees with role progression
oAbility to work effectively and influence others in a diverse and dynamic work environment
oHighly organized with strong attention to detail, proven project management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
oAbility to understand, interpret and easily communicate policies, practices and the Code of Ethics
oSuccess in driving change initiatives in manufacturing and operations environments
oIntermediate to Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
